Another option to add clients to the TCMS is the Group Discover function. The following steps are required:

  1. The clients must already be powered on and available on the network within a specific IP range.

  2. In the Group, the IP range of the powered-on clients must be specified under Subnets.

  3. Right-click on the Group to which the clients should be added, open the context menu, and select the Group Discover function.  
    The Discover function is added in the background as a Scheduled Action and executed within one minute.

The clients found within the specified subnet range are automatically added to the Temp Group.
